from Kim Walker or Cliff Walker will take you into their journeys around the United States. With beautiful vistas in the mountains of Vermont to the desert Southwest and some points in between, color and texture are
captured at their peak perspective--according to the photographer, of course!

COMPUTER SERVICES

It may seem like a very crazy combination to combine the "geek-iness" of computer services within the classic
serenity of a fine art photography website but, fact is, Walker Design Works is a diversified company and
provides both types of service. Out of the demands for high-speed, smooth running computers for the home-
office business, arose a need to achieve those requirements with as little expense as possible. So, over the
past several years, Cliff Walker has spent hours of personal time researching, learning, building, tweaking,
and enhancing the operations of the photography-related computers. Thankfully, every hiccup that has been
encountered--and there have been many--has been solved with NO DATA LOSS! We know that many of our
customers were once told that their computer "repair" (repair?!) would result in the loss of their data ('scuse us, that is DIS-repair). With a whole variety of differently configured machines, crazily created file management, and different levels of user-knowledge, there has been a plethora of computer problems that have been presented to Cliff Walker. Each one has been resolved, thusfar, with no data loss and Cliff works diligently to resolve a computer problem with no data loss. The photography and creative side of the business tells us that is important to our customers, because it is certainly vital to our operations!

HOME OPERATED

We operate our business from our home. For our Fine Art Photography, visit our online gallery and remember to check their often as we add images frequiently. For your computer issues, if it requires physically working on your machine (your computer), we will make arrangements to pick your computer up from you and deliver it when the issues have been resolved. You can also contact us with email messaging and we will reply in the evenings after we have returned from our dayjobs. YES!! We have dayjobs and intend for it to stay that way, unless you, our customers, want to make us so rich that we can still afford all these great gadgets we have to offer our services, to pay for our home and property, to have our health insurance and build our retirement plan! Do we hear any shouts or see any hands raising? Hmmmm, we thought that might be a little difficult <GRIN>. So, if it is a concern for you that we operate from our home, part-time, in the evenings and on weekends and, lots of times, on holidays--we would love the opportunity to show you how it's not as big a problem as you might think!
