That last item, "NO DATA LOSS!" is important. When you go to the big-box stores, it is likely that you will be asked for your "Restore" CD and be told that you will lose all your data. Especially if your computer malfunction is related to a bad hard drive! Many times (not all), when we have a customer whose hard drive has bit the dust, Cliff has been able to retrieve the data from the hard drive and transfer to a new hard drive for our customers.

We will make arrangements to pick your computer up, either from your home or a agreed upon place to meet. Cliff will put his thinking hat on, grab his tools and get to work to resolve your computer's problem. When he's done, we will call you and make arrangements to return your computer with NO DATA LOSS (in most cases). When you get your computer back, you will have the opportunity to call Cliff with any concerns you have, since we provide two hours of phone support for all of our computer service business!
